Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Grocery Overnight Crew Chief to lead a team of clerks and supervise night-shift operations. You will manage stocking, unloading trucks, and store conditions while training new members and ensuring policy compliance.

The role requires overnight availability (11PM-7AM or 12AM-8AM) and strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on team coordination and customer service. A rewarding, community-minded position with weekly pay and benefits.

A Day in the Life:

Join our team as a Grocery Overnight Crew Chief and lead a fantastic group of clerks who keep our store running smoothly through the night! You'll supervise stocking shelves, unloading trucks, and maintaining store conditions. Your mission: lead the team, keep shelves organized, oversee deliveries, maintain a clean store, train new members, monitor inventory, resolve issues, and ensure everyone follows store policies. If you have supervisory experience in retail or grocery, strong leadership and communication skills, can work overnight shifts, and can lift heavy items, we want you! Ready for a fun and rewarding challenge?
