Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Grocery Overnight Crew Chief to lead a dedicated night team and ensure smooth store operations. You will supervise stocking, unloading deliveries, and maintaining clean, organized shelves while training new members and enforcing store policies.

The role requires supervisory experience in retail, strong leadership and communication, and the ability to work 11PM–7AM or 12AM–8AM shifts, with physical capability to lift heavy items.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team-lead experience in retail or grocery is required.
• Strong leadership and clear communication skills are essential.
• Able to work overnight shifts and manage night operations.

You'll supervise stocking shelves, unloading trucks, and maintaining store conditions. Your mission: lead the team, keep shelves organized, oversee deliveries, maintain a clean store, train new members, monitor inventory, resolve issues, and ensure everyone follows store policies. If you have supervisory experience in retail or grocery, strong leadership and communication skills, can work overnight shifts, and can lift heavy items, we want you!
