Shaw’s and Star Market in Hooksett, NH is seeking a Grocery Overnight Crew Chief to lead a team of clerks through the night, supervising stocking, unloading trucks and maintaining store conditions.

You will train new members, monitor inventory, resolve issues, and ensure store policies are followed. Supervision experience in retail is required and you must be able to work 11PM-7AM or 12PM-8AM.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or management experience in retail or grocery environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work overnight shifts and lift heavy items.

Join our team as a Grocery Overnight Crew Chief and lead a fantastic group of clerks who keep our store running smoothly through the night! You'll supervise stocking shelves, unloading trucks, and maintaining store conditions. Your mission: lead the team, keep shelves organized, oversee deliveries, maintain a clean store, train new members, monitor inventory, resolve issues, and ensure everyone follows store policies. If you have supervisory experience in retail or grocery, strong leadership and communication skills, can work overnight shifts, and can lift heavy items, we want you!
