Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. seeks a Grocery Overnight Crew Chief to lead a team of clerks and ensure smooth night operations. You will supervise stocking, unloading, and maintaining store conditions while training new members and resolving issues.

You’ll oversee deliveries, monitor inventory, and enforce store policies with strong leadership, communication, and the ability to work 11PM-7AM or 12AM-8AM shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience in retail or grocery, with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work overnight shifts and lift heavy items.

You'll supervise stocking shelves, unloading trucks, and maintaining store conditions. Your mission: lead the team, keep shelves organized, oversee deliveries, maintain a clean store, train new members, monitor inventory, resolve issues, and ensure everyone follows store policies. If you have supervisory experience in retail or grocery, strong leadership and communication skills, can work overnight shifts, and can lift heavy items, we want you!
