A behavioral health organization in Florence is seeking an Overnight Counselor to provide therapeutic support and ensure client safety in their Community Behavioral Health Clinic Emergency Services Program. Responsibilities include therapeutic counseling, case management, and monitoring clients. Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor’s degree and have relevant experience, or a high school diploma with extensive experience. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience working with similar populations.
• High school diploma or associate’s degree may be substituted for 5 years of experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive, therapeutic counseling and safety for clients utilizing the program.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including self‑care, cooking, and medication administration.
• Monitor respite clients with hourly bed checks and documentation.
