Job summary

Open Sky Community Services is seeking an Awake Overnight Counselor to provide guidance and support during overnight hours, helping individuals with morning routines and daily living activities. You will promote health, safety, and independence while advocating for community inclusion.

Qualified candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license. The role offers additional hourly differentials and a comprehensive benefits package in Central Massachusetts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record, required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Utilize crisis intervention techniques and follow established program and agency procedures to respond effectively during emergency or crisis situations.
• Implement individuals' health, medical, and medication protocols in accordance with agency policies and applicable regulations.
• Assist individuals with accessing transportation and coordinating travel needs, as required.
• Review, complete, and maintain all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
