Open Sky Community Services is seeking an Awake Overnight Counselor to provide guidance, supervision, and support during overnight hours, helping individuals with morning routines and daily living activities.

The role emphasizes crisis intervention, health protocol implementation, and advocacy to promote independence and community inclusion in Central Massachusetts. Excellent supervision and generous benefits are included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record, required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Utilize crisis intervention techniques and follow agency procedures to respond effectively during emergencies or crisis situations.
• Implement individuals' health, medical, and medication protocols in accordance with agency policies and applicable regulations.
• Assist individuals with transportation and coordinating travel needs, as required.
• Review, complete, and maintain all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
