Job summary

Shop A Lott is hiring a dependable Deli Cook to prepare fresh, great-tasting food and help create a positive experience for our customers. You’ll play an important role in keeping the deli running smoothly and making sure customers have quality food they can count on.

As part of a friendly local team, you’ll cook, stock, and serve, following safety procedures and recipes. Previous restaurant or deli experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person.

• Prepare and cook deli food according to company standards.
• Maintain proper food quality, freshness, and presentation.

• Monitor food temperatures and product freshness.
• Assist customers with deli orders and provide friendly service.
• Operate kitchen and deli equipment safely.
• Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and company procedures.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming deli area.
• Work with the store team to keep operations running smoothly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
