Job summary

Truno Retail Technology Solutions is seeking a Deli Clerk/Cook to deliver high-quality food service in a fast-paced setting. You will report to the Deli Manager and use your POS, cash handling, and food-handling skills to support daily operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing transactions, preparing items safely, keeping the deli area clean, and assisting with inventory and setup of baked goods and equipment throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Cook experience preferred.
• Standing for long periods and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage time effectively to meet customer demands during peak hours.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Serve customers; set up baked goods; learn to operate mixers, ovens, scales, ice pastries, fryer, slicer and other cutting tools, display products, maintain supplies, clean work area, Ring-Tender accept payment on orders and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred
• Cook Experience Preferred

Requirements:

• Standing, Reaching, Stooping, Kneeling, Bending, Moving, Pulling, Pushing, Communicating
• Frequently lift 35 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
