Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of construction experience, with at least 5 years as a superintendent on projects of similar size and complexity.
• Experience in federal, healthcare, and large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, direct and supervise all day-to-day field operations.
• Communicate with project team to maintain schedule, safety, budget and quality control.
• Organize project work and ensure work aligns with contract documents.
• Supervise start-up, completion, and close-out with proper documentation.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships and mentoring of team.
