Force Personnel is hiring experienced Construction Laborers and Equipment Operators for a large three-year project in the Oklahoma City area. The role requires dependability, strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in an active construction environment.

Overtime may be available, and an incentive bonus is offered for those who stay on through completion. Candidates must have prior construction experience, be able to operate equipment when qualified, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist crews with erecting new structures and general construction activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site throughout the day.
• Remove debris, construction materials, and other job site waste.
• Assist with moving, loading, unloading, and organizing construction materials.
• Operate equipment when qualified, including Lull Lifts, Boom Lifts, Scissor Lifts, Street Sweepers.
• Follow supervisor instructions and work cooperatively with crew members.
• Follow all safety procedures and use PPE.

Job Description

Force Personnel is hiring experienced Construction Laborers and Equipment Operators for a large, three-year construction project in the Oklahoma City area. We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals with previous construction experience who are comfortable working in an active construction environment. Qualified candidates must be punctual, safety-conscious, able to follow directions, and work well with others. This project offers consistent work, opportunities for overtime, and an incentive bonus for employees who remain on the project through completion.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist construction crews with erecting new structures and general construction activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site throughout each workday.
• Remove debris, construction materials, and other job site waste.
• Assist with moving, loading, unloading, and organizing construction materials.
• Operate construction equipment when qualified and authorized, including: Lull Lifts (Telehandlers) Boom Lifts Scissor Lifts Street Sweepers
• Follow instructions from supervisors and work cooperatively with other crew members.
• Follow all job site safety procedures and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Perform additional general construction labor duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Previous construction experience is required.
• Equipment operators must have actual hands-on experience operating the equipment for which they are being considered.
• Must be punctual, dependable, and maintain consistent attendance.
• Must be able to speak and understand English to effectively communicate instructions and safety requirements.
• Must be able to work as part of a team, cooperate with coworkers, and maintain a professional attitude.
• Must be comfortable performing physically demanding work in an active construction environment.
• Must be willing and available to work 40–60 hours per week, depending on project needs.
• Must follow all safety policies and supervisor instructions.

Background Requirements

Applicants with felony convictions will be considered on a case-by-case basis, with the exception of violent and sex-related offenses.

Pay & Project Details

• Hourly Pay: $17.00–$23.00, based on experience and qualifications.
• Hours: Approximately 40–60 hours per week, depending on project needs.
• Project Duration: Approximately 3 years.

• Completion Incentive: Employees who work the entire project will be eligible for an incentive bonus.
