Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities is seeking a dedicated Overnight Shift Concierge for a 3rd shift role in a senior living community. You will help keep the community secure, clean, and running smoothly overnight, while remaining alert to emergencies and resident needs.

Exceptional customer service and a proactive attitude are essential as you assist residents, families, and staff. The position requires a valid driver’s license, high school diploma, and the ability to work Thursday through Monday

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Able to valet park vehicles safely.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Previous customer service experience and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional cleanliness throughout the community and common areas.
• Respond calmly to emergencies and monitor resident call systems.
• Support safety by monitoring building systems and following emergency procedures.
• Provide administrative support, take room-service requests, and schedule transportation.
• Assist with event setup and provide responsible alcohol service during gatherings.
• Greet residents and guests, answer calls professionally, and offer courteous valet services.
• Welcome new residents and help create a positive first impression.
