Job summary

Discovery Senior Living's Conservatory at North Austin is seeking an Overnight Concierge to welcome residents and guests, answer calls, manage front desk, and support daily operations during a night shift.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong English communication, and customer service experience; bilingual is a plus. Work hours are Thursday through Saturday, 10:30pm–7:30am, with PRN hours. Compensation is $18–$19 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Articulate English communication; bilingual (Spanish) is desirable.
• Experience with multi-line phones, computers, copy machine, and Keytrak.
• 2+ years of customer service experience; senior living experience preferred.
• Polite, helpful, articulate, responsible and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Carries out telephone answering and reception duties.
• Greets residents, visitors, guests and vendors and answers inquiries.
• Distributes communications and prepares meal tickets for guests.
• Assists residents with activity sign-ups and events.
• Maintains front desk, lobby area and desk organization.
• Supports Business Office Director and other department Directors.
