Job summary

WORK Inc. in Revere, MA is seeking a Community Training Specialist (Direct Support Staff) for awake overnight coverage from 11pm to 9am.

This full-time position offers hourly pay between $20 and $22 and a chance to support clients in developing independence and daily living skills. Responsibilities include implementing program goals, building positive relationships with individuals and families, helping clients access health services, and facilitating outings.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• High School diploma.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with completing hygiene and developing independence, responsibility and self-worth.
• Prepare and implement program goals, service plans, and treatment plans.
• Develop positive relationships with individuals, families, guardians, and service providers.
• Assist clients to obtain appropriate healthcare services and promote healthy lifestyle choices.
• Assist clients to attend outdoor activities such as movies, parks, and beaches.
• Remain fully alert and engaged throughout the entire overnight shift.
