Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation is seeking a Direct Support Professional II- Awake Overnight in Dartmouth, MA. Work schedule includes Sunday through Wednesday from 11pm to 9am, providing care and support to individuals in their community and residential settings.

Starting pay is $20.50/hour for awake hours, with additional differentials by location and qualifications. Sleep hours are paid at $17.50/hour. This role emphasizes empowerment, independence, and respectful, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Experience providing daily living assistance and personal care.
• Ability to follow ISP and Behavior Support Plans.
• Comfort with documentation and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support and care to individuals in a residential setting.
• Help individuals build independence by teaching life skills at home and in the community.
• Follow and implement Individual Support Plans (ISP) and Behavior Support Plans.
• Assist with personal care, medication administration, and health-related needs.
• Support individuals in community activities, relationships, and social connections.
• Take a leadership role by training and mentoring other staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data collection to track progress and outcomes.
