Job summary

Open Sky Community Services is seeking an Awake Overnight Counselor to provide guidance, supervision, and support during overnight hours, assisting individuals with morning routines and daily living activities within a person-centered, recovery-oriented approach.

You will implement crisis intervention, health and medication protocols, assist with transportation, and maintain accurate documentation, emphasizing safety, independence, and community inclusion.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Awake overnight counselor provides guidance, supervision, and support during overnight hours while assisting individuals with morning routines and daily living activities.
• Utilize crisis intervention techniques and follow agency procedures to respond to emergencies.
• Implement individuals' health, medical, and medication protocols per agency policies and regulations.
• Assist individuals with accessing transportation and coordinating travel needs as required.
• Review, complete, and maintain all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
