Job summary

Larksfield Place in Wichita, KS is seeking a dedicated Concierge for the third shift to welcome residents, guests, and staff with professionalism. You will monitor security, respond to alarms, and perform routine patrols to maintain a safe and welcoming environment at the front desk.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of receptionist, concierge, security, or customer service experience preferred.
• Valid Kansas Driver’s License.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in emergency situations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment and phone systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents, guests, and staff with professionalism and courtesy.
• Monitor security systems, respond to alarms, and report unusual activity.
• Conduct routine campus patrols to check doors, lighting, and safety conditions.
• Handle emergency situations calmly and contact appropriate responders.
• Create and dispatch work orders for residents and staff needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
• Communicate important updates to incoming shifts and leadership.
• Assist with campus valet services when required, including coordinating vehicle assistance for residents and guests and ensuring safe and courteous vehicle handling.
• Support general administrative and concierge duties as assigned.
