Job summary

Good Samaritan in Superior, NE is seeking a Nursing Assistant (NA) to provide resident-centered care in our long-term care facility. Under RN supervision, you will assist with daily living activities, vital signs, mobility, and comfort, while upholding infection control and safety policies.

This full-time night-shift position offers 40 hours per week, a CNA certification requirement, and a salary range of $17.00 to $25.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred, but not required.
• Minimum age of 16; prior CNA experience preferred.
• CNA certification with the State Board of Nursing required; certification within four months may be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, meals, and vital signs.
• Follow care plans and infection prevention policies; document interactions.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and wellness activities.
