Job summary

Autumn Glen Senior Living in Minnesota is seeking a Full Time Overnight Caregiver or CNA to join their team. The Caregiver provides routine daily care to residents with dignity and respect, following the assessment and service plan.

Shift is 10:30pm-6:30am with weekends and holidays required; wage is $18.50-$22.50 per hour depending on experience. The role includes assisting with ADLs, mobility, medication administration under nurse supervision, and contributing to a safe, caring environment.

Qualifications

• Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for this position.
• Prefer 6 months or more of experience in a home care, assisted living, or long-term care facility.
• CNA preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) tasks including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring and mobility.
• Assist with moving and transferring residents into and out of bed, chairs, bathtubs, wheelchairs, lifts, etc.
• Communicate information and any observed changes to a supervisor immediately.
• Medication administration using proper protocols and procedures.
• Respond promptly to resident alerts, needs, and requests for care.
• Observe residents' emotional condition and report changes to the nurse.
• Follow infection control practices and safety protocols.
• Ensure resident safety and assist in safety drills.
