Job summary

Home Care Partners in Lincoln, Nebraska is hiring awake overnight caregivers to provide one-on-one care for seniors in their homes. Work independently during the 9 PM–8 AM shift, offering companionship, personal care, safety monitoring, and daily routine support.

Qualifications

At least 19 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical caregiving tasks.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Strong reliability, professionalism, and empathy for others.

Responsibilities

Build consistent relationships and provide meaningful companionship.
Support personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting) with dignity and respect.
Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.
Assist with meals, errands, and daily routines.
Provide medication reminders and safe transfers.
Document care and communicate updates so we can support each client effectively.
