Job summary

Home Care Partners in Lincoln, Nebraska is hiring caregivers to provide one-on-one, non-medical care to seniors in their homes. You will build trusted relationships, support daily activities, and help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent.

Flexible scheduling includes full-time and part-time shifts with mornings, afternoons, evenings, and overnights; weekend availability required. You will receive training, competitive pay, and a supportive team that values your empathy and reliability.

Qualifications

• At least 19 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical caregiving tasks.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong reliability, professionalism, and empathy for others.

Responsibilities

• Build consistent relationships and provide meaningful companionship.
• Support personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting) with dignity and respect.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.
• Assist with meals, errands, and daily routines.
• Provide medication reminders and safe transfers.
• Document care and communicate updates so we can support each client effectively.
