Home Care Partners in Lincoln, Nebraska is hiring caregivers to provide one-on-one non-medical care in clients' homes. You will help seniors stay safe, comfortable, and independent while building meaningful relationships.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform caregiving tasks
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong reliability, professionalism, and empathy for others

Responsibilities

• Build consistent relationships and provide meaningful companionship
• Support personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting) with dignity and respect
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
• Assist with meals, errands, and daily routines
• Provide medication reminders and safe transfers
• Document care and communicate updates so we can support each client effectively
