Job summary

Blue Springs Wellness & Rehabilitation is hiring CNAs for the night shift in our skilled nursing/long-term care facility. Under new management, CNAs are valued, respected, and supported while working 12-hour night shifts. Daily pay and night shift differential make this a compelling overnight opportunity.

Responsibilities include overnight care, safety monitoring, and accurate documentation. Active Missouri CNA certification and CPR/BLS are required, with experience in long-term care preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri CNA certification required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with overnight care needs (toileting, repositioning, hygiene, ADLs).
• Monitor resident safety and report changes in condition.
• Perform regular rounds and respond promptly to call lights.
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident rooms.
• Accurately document care and communicate with nursing staff.
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care.
