Job summary

BrightStar Care of Acton, Andover and Lowell is seeking experienced Certified Home Health Aides (CNA) for live-in / 24-hour shifts. This role is critical in providing personalized, one-on-one care to clients in their homes.

Candidates must possess an active CNA License in Massachusetts and ideally have 1-2 years of experience in home care or assisted living. Join a compassionate team that values integrity and offers opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in home care, assisted living, or similar required.
• Ability to work overnight shifts from 9pm to 8am.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Provide mobility assistance, including transfers and repositioning.
• Maintain accurate care records and communicate with supervising nurse.
