Job summary

Brightstar Care of Acton / Andover and Lowell is looking for Certified Home Health Aides (CNA) to provide compassionate in-home care for clients. This role involves assisting with daily living activities and ensuring clients live safely and independently.

Applicants should have an active CNA license in Massachusetts and at least 1-2 years of experience in home health care. Flexible schedules and various benefits like weekly pay and ongoing training are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have an active CNA License in Massachusetts.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in home care or assisted living.
• Ability to work overnight shifts from 9pm to 8am.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living including bathing and grooming.
• Provide mobility assistance with transfers.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Offer medication reminders and monitor vital signs.
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Maintain accurate care records and communicate with supervising nurse.
