Job summary

BrightStar Care of Acton / Andover and Lowell seeks experienced Certified Home Health Aides (HHA) for live‑in / 24‑hour shifts to provide one‑on‑one care in clients' homes. This role supports safe, independent living with dignity under supervision from our clinical team.

Requirements include MA HHA certification and at least 1 year of home care experience. We offer comprehensive training, flexible scheduling, and a supportive work environment within the community.

Qualifications

• Active HHA Certification in Massachusetts (MA)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in home care or similar settings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must pass background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding
• Provide mobility assistance and transfers
• Light housekeeping and meal prep as needed
• Offer medication reminders and monitor vital signs
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Follow care plans and communicate with supervising nurse
• Maintain accurate care records and document observations
