Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking an Overnight Closer (Member Services Representative) to deliver outstanding member experiences at the Cincinnati club. You will greet guests, assist with front desk tasks, handle sign-ups and tours, and ensure accurate banking deposits to close each day.

You will also update member records, answer questions, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment while coordinating with management as needed for escalations.

Qualifications

• Basic computer proficiency.

• Punctuality and reliability is a must.
• Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, exceeding the member’s expectations.

Responsibilities

Physical Demands

• Continual standing and walking during shift.
• Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.
• Ability to work 3rd shift (overnights).
• Must be able to occassionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals during shift.
