Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate/Bachelor in behavioral health preferred.
• Experience in behavioral health settings beneficial.

• Coordinate care and manage caseload.
• Provide Independent Living Skills activities and health promotion.
• Oversee medication process and submit clinical documentation.
