Job summary

Terros Health in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Overnight Clinician Aide to provide a safe, supportive residential environment. You will engage clients in Independent Living Skills, health and wellness promotion, and vocational development while coordinating care, completing screenings, assessments and treatment planning.

Responsibilities include overseeing the medication process, case load management, crisis intervention and documentation.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma/GED and at least six weeks of relevant employment in a behavioral health setting.
• An associate’s degree in a behavioral health field; OR a bachelor’s degree in the behavioral health field.
• Must pass DCS Central Registry check without any disqualifying events.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Current Arizona Driver License and a valid 39‑month MVR.

• Provide a safe and secure environment and engage clients in Independent Living Skills activities.
• Oversee the medication process and submit clinical documentation.

You will be responsible for screenings, assessments, treatment planning, case load management, crisis management and coordination of care.

You will provide direct support to our clients, engaging them in Independent Living Skills (ILS) activities, health and wellness promotion, personal assistance services, rehabilitation and vocational skills, training and development services, transportation services and crisis management. You will be responsible for overseeing the medication process and submit clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma/GED and at least Six (6) weeks of relevant employment experience in a behavioral health setting; OR
• An associate’s degree in a behavioral health field; OR
• A bachelor’s degree in the behavioral health field
• Must pass DCS Central Registry check without any disqualifying events.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Background check.
• Minimum typing speed of 25 wpm.
• Valid Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain an Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Current Arizona Driver License and a current satisfactory 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
