Argon Agency seeks a Nursing Supervisor for a Substance Use Disorder treatment facility in California. You will oversee nursing care during detox and inpatient care, guiding staff and ensuring high-quality, patient-centered outcomes.

Responsibilities include clinical leadership, collaboration with physicians and counselors, and rigorous documentation in EMR. On-site role with a focus on safety, compliance, and team development.

Qualifications

• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• California RN license required; BLS/CPR current; ACLS preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise delivery of nursing care in detox and residential treatment.
• Provide mentorship and coaching for RNs, LVNs/LPNs, and technicians.
• Collaborate with physicians, clinicians, case managers and staff.
• Ensure accurate, timely nursing documentation in EMR.
• Support scheduling, coverage, and performance feedback with leadership.
