Alternatives, Inc. in Billings, MT is seeking a Client Advisor In-Charge for the Alpha House overnight shift.

The role focuses on welfare, accountability, safety, and health of residents and staff, with responsibility for security checks and shift leadership. Qualifications include a High School Diploma (an undergraduate degree is preferred), a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass federal workplace drug screens and state/federal background checks.

Qualifications

• The Client Advisor In-Charge is experienced in corrections, law-enforcement, and/or social services, with some experience in supervision or running a shift.
• Must be able to delegate tasks, respond to inquiries, and train other staff.

Responsibilities

• Welfare, accountability, safety, and health of residents and staff on assigned shift.
• Ensure security checks and functions are conducted on residents.
• Direct CA staff as needed and arrange coverage during absences.
• Assist in revisions of resident handbooks, SOPs, and trainings.
