Job summary

MN Adult & Teen Challenge in Minneapolis seeks a Part-Time Overnight Client Care Specialist to support female clients in the Life Renewal/IOL program. The CCS provides compassionate, client-centered care during overnight shifts, monitors safety, administers medications, and coordinates with the care team.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid MN driver's license, and at least one year free from substances.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Health/human services coursework leading to BA/BS encouraged.
• Experience with vulnerable adults or mental health support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and process client medication administration and documentation.
• Transport clients safely to appointments and outings.
• Maintain a safe, calm floor environment during overnight shifts.
• Observe client behavior and escalate concerns to the care team promptly.
• Provide compassionate, client-centered support and spiritual encouragement as requested.
• Complete daily facility logs and shift reports with accurate details.

Education

High school diploma or GED

Health-related field coursework (BA/BS possible)

Experience in health/human services (preferred)
