Job summary

Alpha House in Billings, MT is hiring a Client Advisor In-Charge for overnight shifts. This full-time, non-exempt role oversees the welfare, safety and accountability of residents and staff during the assigned shift. A High School diploma is required and an undergraduate degree is preferred.

You will supervise staff, ensure security checks and mentor new team members. The job includes coordinating coverage during absences, assisting in revisions of handbooks and SOPs, and guiding the team

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Undergraduate degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to pass federal workplace drug screen.
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks.

Responsibilities

• Welfare, accountability, safety and health of residents and staff on the assigned shift.
• Ensure all security checks and functions are conducted on residents.
• Direct and mentor CA staff; delegate tasks as needed.
• Arrange coverage for absences and assist with SOP/training revisions.
• Oversee duties on the In-Charge checklist and shift operations.
