Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation seeks an Overnight Student Care Staff member to support students at Stetson School during overnight hours and morning routines. You will help maintain a safe, structured environment, ensuring students rest well and prepare for daily success.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and a standard driver’s license; full-time benefits include health insurance, retirement matching, and paid time off. Training is provided in CPR/First Aid, MAP, and defensive driving.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with child care or overnight care is a plus.
• Ability to model professional, respectful interactions with students.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight and morning routines for students according to guidelines.
• Implement interventions supporting the ACORN approach at Stetson School.
• Maintain professional boundaries and positive staff-student interactions.
• Provide care that respects student dignity and safety during night hours.
• Receive orientation and CPR/First Aid, MAP and related training.
