Seven Hills Foundation's Stetson School seeks a Direct Support Professional II – Senior Child Care Specialist to support youth in a therapeutic residential setting. You will help create a safe, growth-focused environment where students build life skills and positive behaviors, under trauma-informed care principles.

The role emphasizes teamwork, consistent leadership, and compassionate student engagement in daily routines with supervision duties and documentation responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED/HiSET required.
• Standard driver’s license – class C or D.
• 3 years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide student care and support per program standards.
• Maintain structured daily routines and supervise students.
• Transport students to appointments and activities.
• Lead shift operations and mentor new staff.
• Document incident reports and progress notes.
• Administer medication as trained.
• Ensure safety and maintain a clean, organized living environment.
