NUWAY is seeking a part-time Chemical Dependency Technician (NUWAY III) for the Minneapolis location. The role supports clients through admission to discharge and may require 3rd shift work with weekend coverage.

Candidates should have First Aid/CPR and Medication Administration certificates and be able to document services in English. Ideal applicants will be able to relate to diverse backgrounds, pass the DHS background check, and demonstrate professional conduct, confidentiality, and teamwork

Formación

• Must be 18 years or older.
• First Aid/CPR certification and Medication Administration certificate (Residential only) obtained within 30 days of starting.
• Able to pass Minnesota DHS background study.
• Ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to document services in writing in English.

Responsabilidades

• Support clients from admission through discharge within the treatment program.
• Monitor and manage client behavior; assist on-duty counselors as needed.
• Respond professionally to medical emergencies and maintain client confidentiality per HIPAA.
