The Gables in Rochester is seeking a part-time Chemical Dependency Technician to join our multidisciplinary team. The CD Tech will support clients from admission through discharge, supervise and manage client behavior, and assist on‑duty counselors in achieving treatment goals and ensuring safety.

Required qualifications include First Aid/CPR, Minnesota DHS background check, and ability to document services in English.

Formación

• Age 18 or older.
• Current First Aid/CPR certification and Medication Administration certificate within 30 days (Residential).
• Able to pass Minnesota DHS background study.
• Able to relate to people from diverse backgrounds.
• English written and spoken communication; document services in English.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients from admission through discharge.
• Supervise and manage client behavior; respond to crises.
• Support on-duty counselors; assist in achieving program goals.
• Maintain client confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal guidelines.
