Cochran Recovery Services in Maplewood seeks a Part-time Chemical Dependency Technician to join the multidisciplinary team and support clients from admission through discharge.

The role requires weekday and weekend availability, CPR/First Aid and medication administration certification, and the ability to handle crises professionally. Pay is $19.00–$22.00 per hour with a $2/hour shift differential for overnight hours. NUWAY benefits include medical, dental, vision and a strong 403(b) match.

Formación

• Age 18 or older.
• Current First Aid/CPR certification and Medication Administration certificate (Residential only) within 30 days of starting work.
• Able to pass Minnesota DHS background study.
• Ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiently understand, follow instructions, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients from admission through discharge providing support throughout treatment.
• Supervise and manage client behavior and help manage client crises.
• Assist on-duty counselors in direct support of program goals and objectives.
• Respond to medical emergencies in a professional, therapeutic and positive manner.
• Maintain client confidentiality in accordance with state and federal guidelines and HIPAA.
