Vista Prairie Communities at Goldfinch Estates is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for overnight full-time and part-time positions from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am. The role offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus and competitive hourly pay between $20.95 and $24.28, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• CNA certification required.
• Minimum of one-year experience in assisted living or related health care field preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and carry out directions required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care needs (bathing, grooming, hygiene)
• Support residents with mobility and transfers
• Administer medications as directed and in accordance with regulations
• Foster emotional well-being by creating positive, meaningful interactions
