Job summary

Vista Prairie Communities is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Vista Prairie at Goldfinch Estates, Assisted Living and Memory Care. Join a team that values compassionate care and resident well-being in a supportive environment.

We offer flexible shifts (Mornings, Evenings, Overnight), sign-on bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package. The role requires CNA certification and at least a year of related health care experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in assisted living or related health care field preferred.
• Certified Nursing Assistant certification is required.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and carry out directions required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care needs (e.g., bathing, grooming, hygiene).
• Support residents with mobility and transfers.
• Administer medications as directed and in accordance with regulations.
• Foster emotional well-being by creating positive, meaningful interactions.
• Strive to bring joy and smiles to residents through daily care and support.

• Sign-on Bonus: $500 AM, $800 PM, and $1,000 NOC. All40+hours/pp.
