Job summary

Larksfield Place Retirement Communities in Wichita, KS is seeking a dependable Certified Nurse Aide for a full-time 3rd shift (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM) with every other weekend requirements.

You will provide direct care during overnight hours, assist with personal care, monitor residents, and document care while ensuring a safe, compassionate environment. Competitive pay and strong benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) with a Kansas certification.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care needs such as hygiene, grooming, and repositioning.
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the licensed nursing staff.
• Provide support with toileting, transfers, and mobility.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and restful environment for residents.
• Document care provided and maintain accurate records as required.
• Respond to call lights and ensure resident comfort during overnight hours.
• Communicate respectfully with residents and work collaboratively with overnight team members.
• Adhere to infection control policies and follow all safety procedures.
