Larksfield Place in Wichita, KS is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time Health Care Center on 2nd shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM). Join a collaborative team providing high-quality care to residents and supporting CNAs/CMAs.

Responsibilities include direct nursing care, medication administration, and timely documentation in the EMR. Prior skilled nursing or post-acute experience is strongly preferred, with opportunities for growth and weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Kansas with current CPR certification.
• IV certification preferred, with additional pay.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately.
• Assess resident conditions and report changes promptly.
• Supervise CNAs/CMAs during shift.
• Document accurately in EMR and participate in care conferences.
