Job summary

Larksfield Place Retirement Communities in Wichita, KS is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM–6:00 PM) with every other weekend rotation. You will deliver resident-centered care, assess conditions, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety and quality outcomes.

The role requires KS RN license and CPR certification; prior experience in long-term or skilled nursing is preferred. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities abound.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Kansas.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or assisted living preferred.
• Excellent clinical judgment and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor residents' conditions, develop care plans, and evaluate outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and nursing standards.
• Provide guidance and supervision to LPNs, CMAs, and CNAs during shifts.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers and care team members.
• Communicate regularly with residents and families, offering updates and support.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and timely per regulatory standards.
• Respond quickly to emergencies or changes in resident condition.
