Job summary

Larksfield Place in Wichita, KS is seeking a compassionate Certified Nurse Aide for overnight 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM shifts. You will assist residents with personal care, monitor conditions, and report changes to licensed staff.

This full-time role offers competitive pay starting at $16.50–$19.50 per hour, shift and weekend differentials, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with employer match.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nurse Aide with Kansas certification.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care needs such as hygiene, grooming, and repositioning.
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the licensed nursing staff.
• Provide support with toileting, transfers, and mobility.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and restful environment for residents.
• Document care provided and maintain accurate records as required.
• Respond to call lights and ensure resident comfort during overnight hours.
• Communicate respectfully with residents and work collaboratively with overnight team members.
• Adhere to infection control policies and follow all safety procedures.
