Job summary

Bulk Environmental & Industrial seeks a Driver-Long Distance in Marietta, GA to operate company tractors/trailers and transport waste and materials across long-haul routes. You will ensure on-time, damage-free deliveries while adhering to DOT/FMCSA regulations and safety policies.

Qualifications

Valid Class A CDL; tanker or hazmat endorsement is a plus.
Minimum 2 years verifiable Class A tractor-trailer driving experience; end-dump, walking-floor, roll-off or waste hauling preferred.
Must be at least 21 years old and meet DOT/FMCSA qualifications.
Able to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing and participate in DOT programs.
Knowledge of hours-of-service rules, ELD use and load securement.

Responsibilities

Operate tractor-trailer in compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations and company policies.
Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections; file DVIRs as required.
Record hours of service accurately using an ELD.
Picks up and delivers loads per dispatch; communicate delays promptly.
Ensure loads are tarped, secured and within weight limits; complete shipping documents.
