Bulk Environmental & Industrial is seeking a Driver-Long Distance in Brunswick, GA to safely operate tractor-trailers on long-haul routes, including overnight travel. The role emphasizes on-time, damage-free delivery and strict adherence to DOT/FMCSA policies while providing courteous service to customers and site staff.

Responsibilities include pre-trip and post-trip inspections, proper load securement, accurate documentation and communication of delays or issues to the Driver Manager.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL; tanker or HAZMAT endorsement a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old and meet DOT/FMCSA requirements.
• Ability to work overnight travel and flexible schedules.

Responsabilités

• Operate a tractor-trailer safely per DOT/FMCSA and company rules.
• Complete DVIRs and report defects promptly.
• Record hours of service using ELD and stay within limits.
• Picks up and delivers loads on schedule per dispatch; communicate delays.
• Ensure loads are secured, tarped and within weight limits.
• Prepare bills of lading and shipping documents on time.
• Follow site rules and wear PPE; maintain professional conduct.
• Keep truck clean and perform basic inspections of fluids, tires, lights.
• Report accidents, incidents and cargo issues per policy.
• Participate in safety training and other duties as assigned.
