Performance Food Group is seeking CDL-A Delivery Drivers in the Wilkes-Barre area. You will operate a tractor trailer or straight truck on intrastate and interstate routes, including overnight deliveries, and you will be the face of the company with our customers.

The role requires 12+ months driving, valid CDL-A, 21+, DOT compliance, and ability to lift up to 90 pounds. Benefits start Day 1, with training pay and a generous sign-on bonus.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 12+ months commercial driving experience required.
• Valid CDL-A license required.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Meet all State licensing and/or certification requirements where applicable.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass post-offer drug test and road test.
• DOT Health Card current or able to secure one.

Aufgaben

• Communicates and interacts with customers, vendors and co-workers professionally.
• Performs safety checks and DOT-compliant inspections.
• Follows DOT regulations and company safety guidelines.
• Delivers and unloads food products to customer locations.
• Verifies delivery with customers and collects signatures or payments when required.
• Completes hours-of-service logs and required paperwork.
