Performance Food Group is seeking a CDL-A Driver to deliver food and related products to customers across intrastate and interstate routes. The job requires safe operation of tractor trailers or straight trucks, adherence to DOT regulations, and timely delivery with professional customer interaction.

The role offers home daily routes, a sign-on bonus of $500 per week for the first 30 weeks, and comprehensive benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL-A license required.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Meet state licensing/certification requirements as applicable.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) for past 3 years.
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Pass road test and maintain valid DOT Health Card.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and unload food and related products by tractor trailer or straight truck.
• Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety guidelines.
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors and coworkers.
• Perform pre/post trip safety inspections and report issues.
• Complete required paperwork and verify deliveries with customers.
• Load/unload and secure freight and manage customer signatures.
