Job summary

Tailwind Concessions is seeking an Overnight Shift Lead to manage our catering kitchen during the overnight hours in Jackson, WY. You will ensure on-time preparation and delivery of catering orders while upholding food quality and safety standards, and you will lead the shift by example.

The role is full-time preferred; part-time may be available. Shift runs 7PM to 4AM, and candidates must be able to pass a background check and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Leads the catering kitchen during an overnight shift
• Understands and follows all Tailwind policies and training
• Works as a team to ensure success in catering
• Fills in where needed to maintain service standards and overnight operations
• Delivers meals and catering orders to designated locations
• Maintains a hygienic and safe work environment
• Reports to work punctually and assists in emergencies as outlined by standards
• Ensures equipment is maintained per safety and maintenance program
• Treats hourly employees and management with professionalism and respect
