Visiting Angels in Charleston, WV seeks compassionate CAREgivers to help seniors live safely at home with dignity and compassion. Paid training, ongoing education, and strong support from leadership are offered to help you grow your career.

You will provide in-home care, build meaningful relationships, and participate in a comprehensive development program including dementia and palliative care training. Flexible scheduling and performance bonuses are included.

What We're Looking For:

• Reliable transportation

No experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive, paid training through our Caregiver Development Program, including hands-on instruction and ongoing monthly education.

Pay & Incentives:

• Base Pay: $13.00-$16.00/hour (based on experience)
• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Weekend Differential: +$2/hour

Performance Bonuses:

Monthly, Quarterly & Annual

Referral Bonuses:

Up to $1,000 per hire
